While you’re eligible, your allowance includes:

$0 usage charges within your allowance
$0 network and distribution charges on that allowance

Your allowance resets each month.

If you use more than your allowance, you simply pay for the extra electricity at standard rates.

There are no penalties.

You’ll still receive an electricity bill each month. It just may be $0.
